※Description:
Our peanut peeling machine is an ideal product for roasted peanuts which have a water content less than 5%. It has a very high 96% peeling effect, the peeled peanut or groundnut remain whole without damage, there is no protein denaturation during our peeling process.
After been peeled, the peanut come out of the peeling machine while the red skin are sucked by air fan.
This groundnut peeling machine is composed of 1 peeling machine, 1 support frame and 1 set of suction device. It adopts the differential roll friction transmission principle, the roasted peanut go into the peeling chamber, red skin and peanut kernel are separated because of the friction action.
Red skin are sucked away while kernel come out of the discharge opening and been collected.
We can combine several peanut peeling machine to work together to meet the requirements of different production scales.
